When it comes to stories about losing one's virginity, Royal Blood frontman Mike Kerr's tale of that fateful moment is rather unusual to say the least.

The intimate reveal came during an interview with KROQ DJ Nicole Alvarez, who was attempting to ask the band about what they were like as children. The talk turned salacious, however, when Alvarez's made a reference to banging on pots and pans, inciting the guys to riff on the word "banging."

"I lost my virginity when I was 17 outside a prison in my car, which was a Nissan Alamera, which is a wonderful Japanese car," Kerr shared in true TMI fashion.

"Well, he had to pick him up," cracked Royal Blood drummer Ben Thatcher when Alvarez asked why it happened outside of a prison. "Believe it or not, it's very quiet area, prison," Kerr added.

So yes, that conversation really happened. Watch it unfold in the video below.
