Helpful SoCal Honda Dealers to Blanket Thousands of Rose Parade Campers with Blue Snuggies

The SoCal Honda Dealers are continuing Random Acts of Helpfulness to ring in the New Year along the 130th Rose Parade route!  Every New Year, attendees from near and far experience the beauty of the floral floats along with spirited marching bands and high-stepping equestrian units along the 5 ½ mile route down Colorado Boulevard.

SoCal Honda’s Helpful Guys in Blue will once again be surprising thousands of dedicated campers with complimentary snuggie blankets along the 5 ½ mile Parade Route to help keep fans warm overnight. 

From 2:00PM-MIDNIGHT, the Guys in Blue will move along Colorado Blvd., from S. Orange Grove Blvd. to N. Lake Ave, to greet overnight crowds of families and fans with warm snuggie blankets to say Happy Helpful New Year –no strings attached.

*An estimated live audience of 700,000 visitors will line the streets to watch the parade, with many lining up to secure their coveted spot beginning at Noon on Dec 31st on a first come, first served basis for the best seats in the house.

WHY:  The SoCal Honda Dealers have been spreading Random Acts of Helpfulness to local residents for over a decade!  This holiday season, the Guys in Blue have been spotted building and donating bikes to at-risk children, providing warm meals for the homeless in various cities, pumping and paying for free gas for thousands of holiday travelers, rolling out a Free Holiday Treats Truck to visit community events throughout December, and surprising organizations with cars filled with toys and food donations.  Throughout the year, helpful teams have swarmed the Southland at approximately 100 locations each week, to perform random acts of Helpfulness, including cleaning parks, helping shoppers load their purchases, and fulfilling residents’ special requests on
