With just over a month to go until Mike Shinoda releases his new solo album, Post Traumatic, the Linkin Park frontman has shared an update on the highly anticipated full-length.

“I was just talking to one of the guys who works in radio at the label, and he was saying that he just officially got a copy of the album,” Shinoda revealed during an interview with Kevin and Allie Mackay from The Kevin and Bean Show at the 26th Annual KROQ Weenie Roast. Shinoda added that the label rep was very excited with what he’d heard.

“I just mixed and mastered Post Traumatic. I finished it, so now it’s making its way to the label,” Shinoda said. “I will never, ever get tired of that feeling. I made a song, I made an album, and people get to hear it. That’s the best feeling, and I’m in the middle of it right now.”

Fans will get a chance to hear what Shinoda and his label reps are so excited about when Post Traumatic drops on June 15.
