Gasoline? Typically from foreign countries. Coffee? Tougher than you’d think. Consumer electronics? Out of the question. He’s hoping that his iPhone doesn’t break because there’s not a single cell phone made in the U.S.

Psycho Mike with Tom DeLonge

Leave it to Mike get a gig where he travels around with Blink-182 on the Honda Civic Tour. Last week, Dr. Drew was broadcasting live from New York while Mike was gallivanting around SoCal.

Mike hit a few stops along their California route. Stopping in the Bay area, Anaheim and San Diego, Mike got a chance to sit down with Mark and Tom to discuss life on the road and Tom’s quest to save everyone’s breasts.

The beautiful city of Santa Barbara will play host to the New Noise Music Conference and Festival on November 4th-6th, which will feature a bunch of KROQ Locals Only Bands like Voxhaul Broadcast, Fitz and the Tantrums and Saint Motel. There’s going to be over 50 bands and 50 speakers in 3 days, so SB will be turned into a whirlwind of music and festivities.

Steve-O is without doubt one of our favorite people.  He is not only the mega talent from “Jackass 3D” he is also my friend.  Whenever he comes by Loveline it’s a legendary show and last nights appearance was exactly that.

Jason “Wee-Man” Acuna came into the Loveline studios last night and it was awesome.  He told us amazing stories about Snookie, fists, and Jackass. He also gave out some really good advice.

OK, let’s be up front about this. It’s KROQ. It’s probably safe to say we’re not into the show Glee. It’s not exactly geared for a 25-year-old dude that’s into alt-rock. But, with that said, we apparently have some closet Glee fans in our audience, and worse, on-staff. One such fan is our own sound guy, Trevor. He’s normally the guy that you hear yelling at you about the new KROQ sticker or latest Green Day concert.  

Well, he’s lost his mind. He’s parodied Travie McCoy’s pop juggernaut “Billionaire.” And with the help of Anderson, Loveline’s technical producer, the two loons created an internet sensation that already has the cast of the show tweeting about it. Dr. Drew co-stars in the video and totally sells it…
