The band brought their "Threat of Joy" to late night.

By Hayden Wright

The Strokes have captivated fans’ attention since they announced Future Present Past, their second EP and first release since 2013. Last night, they took a song from the EP, “Threat of Joy” to the main stage of Jimmy Kimmel Live! in all their resplendent alt-rock glory. Future Present Past organizes three songs on the release into future (“Drag Queen”), present (“Oblivius”) and past (“Threat of Joy”). Let’s hope the band’s 2016 reunion yields another studio album in the near future.
