Social Distortion to Perform Self-Titled Album in its Entirety September 12 at the Greek

KROQ presents Social Distortion at the Greek Theatre with special guests Nikki Lane and Drag The River on September 12th!

The band is celebrating the 25th anniversary of their self-titled release, featuring KROQ classics like “Ball And Chain” and “Story Of My Life,” and will be performing the album in its entirety. In addition to performing Social Distortion front to back, the band will also play classic tracks and rarities from their extensive back catalogue.

“We are very excited about this tour. It’s not often we get to celebrate anniversaries of records, or play them in their entirety, but this record was a milestone for us and after rehearsing it we realized it was a hell of a set… High energy and good flow. It was a great feeling to play songs that I hadn’t played in twenty years, or more. It’s inspirational to “revisit” this album; especially during the writing of a new record. All I can say is ‘it’s gonna be a kick ass show!!!!’” says front man Mike Ness.

Tickets go on sale Friday, June 5th at 10am, but KROQ Street Team members have access to an exclusive presale running Wednesday, June 3rd at 10am through Thursday, June 4th at 10pm. Make sure you’re signed up to receive the KROQ Street Team emails here to ensure you receive the password you’ll need to buy tickets.
