All Time Low

All Time Low may have been around since 2003, but 2015 marks the year that the band made their big break on KROQ with their song “Tidal Waves” (featuring Blink-182’s Mark Hoppus) off the band’s latest release Future Hearts. Hoppus even came out to perform the track with the band at their recent Palladium show.

Big Data

The electronic project of producer Alan Wilkis continues to turn heads with the lead single “Dangerous,” which has been heard everywhere from Taco Bell commercials to the NBA playoffs to their appearance at the Sunset Strip Music Festival last year.

They also played a pretty awesome show here at the Red Bull Sound Space last September.

Saint Motel

Saint Motel have paved the way for fellow Los Angeles bands, proving that hard work eventually does pay off. They’ve been a regular on KROQ Locals Only for a few years now, and their latest single “My Type” has helped bump them up into our regular rotation and solidified their spot at Coachella earlier this year.

James Bay

Earlier this year British musician James Bay released his first studio album, Chaos and The Calm, which charted #1 in the UK and #15 in the US. It was the second single off the album, “Hold Back The River,” that helped Bay gain notoriety and a spot on the KROQ Weenie Roast.

X Ambassadors

X Ambassadors have taken notes after touring with bands like Imagine Dragons and Jimmy Eat World. They’ve appeared on tracks with Eminem and their new song “Renegades” is featured in Jeep’s latest commercial, as well as being a recent addition to the KROQ playlist.
