People like the beneficent health care providers at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles continuously reaffirm our hopes and beliefs in the inherent kindness of humanity.
The not-for-profit research-oriented pediatric medical center has been saving the lives of children since it was founded in 1901.
Despite being one of the top honored children’s hospitals in the country, Children’s Hospital Los Angeles would not be possible without the philanthropic efforts of outside sources.
Recently, Los Angeles Galaxy forward Landon Donovan, Galaxy mascot Cozmo, and KROQ’s own Kevin Ryder paid a visit to the hospital to brighten the days of the young patients with bobbleheads and smiles.
“Many people say that when you give, you get,” says Donovan in the heartwarming video. “And I think when we do these things we always walk away feeling like we’re better people for it and it makes us happier.”
Just grateful to be a part of such a positive day, Kevin thanks the Galaxy for allowing him to tag along.
