I traveled to southern LA from Seguin and immediately loved KROQ music.
Now I visit the website and find this!! LOL
(FYI-That pecan is about to be replaced with one MUCH larger)
Seguin “Home of the World’s Largest Pecan,” although many of our nuts are spread abroad!!

Seguin lost it’s title to a town in Missouri several years ago. It took several months, but the Texas Agricultural and Heritage Center built a NEW pecan.

It weights 2300 pounds. It’s 16 feet long, 8 feet in diameter.

Seguin has RECLAIMED their title.
