In preparation for their upcoming world tour, Angels & Airwaves are not only playing a string of intimate SoCal dates, but also a private performance at the Red Bull Sound Space at KROQ on January 24th for several lucky KROQ fans!
If you weren’t able to snag tickets to their sold out shows on January 22nd at the House Of Blues Anaheim or January 26th (location TBA) , or the recently-announced February 2nd show at the Glass House, then this may be your only shot at seeing Tom DeLonge and Co. in SoCal for a while as the band is getting ready to venture out on a world tour, although DeLonge does state, “we plan to return soon with a full not-so-secret ‘LOVE’ experience.”

I love AVA i tweeted and called kroq yesterday to see how i can get in. They have inspired me in soo many ways, i entered i hope i win!! one of two of my favorite bands!! I really hope I do win, I’d do anything to get in. I have a huge poster board signed by them, willing to give that up for this show or even my signed sweater or painting painted by tom delonge!

I can’t even begin to explain the excitement that would come over me if I got the opportunity to see AVA live! They are the most unique and influential band I’ve ever listened to. Their lyrics are unlike any other; their intricate detail and depiction of love embedded within the words they sing are incredible. Not only are their lyrics phoenomenal, but their instrumental is just as unbelievable. I’ve only been to one concert in my life, and to be able to see a band that has changed the way I listen to music and appreciate the message they send would be the experience of a lifetime!

i really wanna go, this band is really inspirational to me and i would like to see them live. since is part of my goal that i want to accomplish, seeing all my favorite bands live..
