The XX Working On New Album, Posts Demo

Remember the xx? The British indie pop trio caught our attention in 2010 with their awesome eerie and hypnotic single “Crystalised.” Off the band’s eponymous debut, xx, which was released summer of 2009, the song was used in a ton of commercials and TV shows as well.
Now the band is readying it’s sophomore effort – it announced on Facebook that it’s started recording – and we can only hope it’s as good as the first.
Although the new album doesn’t have a scheduled release date yet, the xx has launched an awesome new blog in the interim. It’s an outlet the band says it will use to post “inspirations + pictures + favourite songs.” In fact, it just used it to post a new demo the xx made while working on the album. Check out the song below.
