Its been about 5 or 6 years since I was standing in line for Banana Split Sundays at LAX or Dim Mak Tuesdays at Cinespace to catch a Steve Aoki or DJ AM Set. These partys had a roster of the biggest names in EDM throwing down records for a 100 person room packed wall to wall. One of my favorite and most talented artists I became a fan of during the era was DJ/Producer Dan Sena.
When I was told that we got Dan to do a mix for Soundwaves & Crossfades, I was stoked!
Most recently, Dan’s been producing and performing with some notable names. From working with Dim Mak Records to hooking up with Del The Funky Homosapien, he’s secured his place among the heavy hitters of dance music. His mix and use of a variety of electronic genres has definitely made him stand out to true music fans. You can probably attribute his diverse music taste to his days of playing in hardcore bands like Bullet Train To Vegas and Adamantium (one of my personal favorites).
