My question is, why doesn’t kroq host almost acoustic christmas at a bigger venue, say staples center or the honda center or the forum. I understand tradition and maybe a contract with gibson, but they could easily triple their profits, (these venues hold 20000) come on 15 million people in Los Angeles, and only 6000 get to go? that’s simply not fair.

The Staples Center would to big for my taste! lol. But the honda center and the forum are great ideas for the future!

Because it’s part of the magic of almost acoustic christmas. A larger venue wouldn’t have the same feel. What they need to do is do paperless tickets (where you have to pick up the 2 tickets with your ID and credit card payed with) it will hold scalpers back and let real fans go. I remember when I went a few years ago, there were empty seats because scalpers prices were so high no one would buy them.

Kevin, Bean, Lisa, And Ralph, I really hope to win these tickets for my 14 year old son. He broke his leg during football this year and didn’t get to play all season. He gets his cast off that weekend, this would be a great “getting your cast off present!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My lil sis is on of the OG black keys fans … she had like 6 people trying to get tickets for night 2. she told me to try for myself and guess what …. thank you Iphone and live nation app I got tickets they didnt…. I could be nice and give to her ….but naaahhhhhh!

I want to go see both nights, but if I can got see night one, I’ll be awesome, my b.f. dumped me, and I want shove in his face that I got to see his favorite band. But NIGHT 2 Would be fkn amazing the naked and famous! Plus I’ll be great birthday present for me =) since I’m missing the Cure this year…

I really think that you should give me tickets because not only is it the day after my birthday I work so hard everyday going to school and working and I deserve some tickets to relieve some stress and have fun for once and at my age of 18 but going 19 I deserve to be there. So if this has any effect on you kroq employees then PLEASE!!!!!!!! Send me to almost acoustic Christmas as my 19th birthday present from kroq thank you :’)

Kevin & Bean…I think this would be a fun event to bring my 17 yr old & 13 yr old…I can’t believe the 1st night is sold out!!! If we won tix, it would be an awesome early Christmas present for them! If we won…my husband will give you two a tour of the Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach…that is where we are stationed…that is if you are interested…if we don’t win the tix…he will still give you the tour…it would a great experience! AHHH I remember when it used to take weeks to sell out Acoustic xmas.. And you where able to buy as many tickets as you wanted. Plus they kept adding groups all the way to the end…..
