Bean Asks, “Am I A Terrible Gift-Giver?”

It’s Christmas gift stress time again this year and it just got real at my house. I haven’t even started shopping for this year but have been thrown for a loop over a present I bought last year!
I just discovered something I bought for one of my best friends, something he has been claiming all along to LOVE, was just re-sold at the island thrift store!
Yep, he took the thing I got him and sold it for beer money. Did he do the right thing? See it and decide for yourself. Warning: It involved Bigfoot.

It’s a lawn Yeti!! A statue of the infamous Bigfoot, the Pacific Northwest’s most famous hoax, er, monster….
Since Christmas 2010 my friend displayed this on his front porch. His wife even decorated it for holidays; she put a flag on him for Independence Day, a costume for Halloween, you get the idea.
It disappeared recently and now we know why. He apparently felt he had humored me long enough by pretending to like his gift and sold it to the junk man. Am I allowed to be hurt? And what is my next move? He doesn’t know I know.

I think it would be even funnier if you put it up in your own yard Bean and dont say a word OR put it back on his porch!! That would be hilarious!!!

Now that’s just a lazy gift, they sell that in the sky mall magazine. He probably bought it when he was flying between LA and Seattle.
