I’m sorry. I thought that said “Jim Carrey covers Radiohead and Smashing Pumpkins.” Wait… WHAT???

To start off, I’m more surprised that he has a band than I am to hear him sing the words “But I’m a creep. I’m a weirdo. What the hell am I doing here? I don’t belong here,” after seeing his strange behavior over the last couple weeks.

He made headlines a few weeks ago when he recorded a rather creepy message professing his love for Emma Stone. He later said that it was a joke and done for laughs, but c’mon now! Isn’t that what they all say when called out for being a creeper? That’s kinda like Blake Lively saying that the naked photos weren’t her. Uh huh… suuure!

That stunt was followed by Jim Carrey tagging up the side of his “art studio,” basically stating that he was just sticking it to the man for painting over his previous work there. He even used the words, “I’m just doing my job now as an artist and putting it back up.”

Let me get this straight – He was a comedian and actor, and is now adding artist and singer to that résumé? Yes, I said singer. This past weekend, Ace Ventura, himself, was seen taking the stage at Arlene’s Grocery in New York. Don’t believe me? Here’s him covering Radiohead’s “Creep” and Smashing Pumpkins’ “Bullet With Butterfly Wings.”

What is going on with this guy? Than again, I guess I am more entertained by this than I am by Mr. Popper’s Penguins.

That’s not his band. It looks like it’s some sort of karaoke bar where the music is live.
