KROQ Presents Of Verona Residency At The Viper Room – Our Lady Peace Added To September 11 Show

Origins; they’re a funny thing sometimes. Throw this into your pot and stir it: Brooklyn, Toronto, Los Angeles, Shakespeare, plays, and electro pop.

What do you get? A band that just earned residency at The Viper Room, of Verona.

Let’s break it down. The members of of Verona hail from Brooklyn and Toronto, but they met and formed in Los Angeles. The name originates from Shakespeare’s The Two Gentlemen of Verona, the smallest cast of any Shakespeare play, and took inspiration from its “underdog” status. of Verona is perhaps the most gentle electro aural assault you will eagerly endure.

Every Sunday in September, KROQ and Converse present of Verona at The Viper Room. And on Sunday, September 11 they’ll be joined by special guests Our Lady Peace along with Hello Vegas.

“For all the shows people can get in for $10 by showing a copy of our flyer either printed out or on their phone.  We will also have a 25 person free list every show.  To get on that people can email rsvp@ofVerona.com with their name and the night they want to come.  We will try and accommodate on a first come first serve basis and will confirm via email.”
