X-Games 17: Why Not Compete In Big Air Skateboarding At 14?

Watched Big Air Skateboarding last night and 34 year-old Bob Burnquist won gold with something Tony Hawk called a “double- fister.” I don’t wanna know.. But one of his competitors was 14 year-old Mitchie Brusco, who, by the way, did a 900 in practice on the Big Air Ramp “without even thinking about it.”
The epic rock throwing battle between myself and my neighbor Robby Joyner was just heating up when I was 14. Which of us will make more of our lives? He’s already won. And he’s still got 9th grade to go.
