Weezer recently did an awesome cover of  Radiohead‘s “Paranoid Android” that was one of the best Radiohead covers I’ve heard. That’s why it was good news to find out the Weezer chose to do another cover for their contribution to the soundtrack of Cars 2.

The band decided to go old-school by covering new wave rock band The Cars‘ “You Might Think.”

Is this one as great as their Radiohead cover? One thing we know for sure is that this will be the most rockin’ tune on the soundtrack!

The Cars 2 soundtrack will be available on both CD album and digital download June 14 and Weezer’s cover of “You Might Think” will be the first track.

If Weezer keeps on making great covers such as this, I would hope they could release a cover album!
