Fresh off their epic, hit-packed surprise performance at the 2011 KROQ Weenie Roast, the Foo Fighters took the stage tonight at the Gibson Amphitheater to perform ‘Walk’, the latest single off of Wasting Light.
It’s gotta be tough performing on TV, especially on an award show — the audience has been there a lot longer, they’re seated, they’re dressed up, you might not have as many fans in the crowd as you’d prefer, the mix might be bad… and you get one song.
It didn’t seem like any of that was a problem for the Foo Fighters tonight. In fact, judging by the response on Twitter, a lot of people thought they were the highlight of the whole show. (Sorry, Jason Sudekis.)
