Panic! At The Disco’s Frontman Breaks His Ankle Onstage

Panic! At The Disco frontman Brendon Urie broke his ankle, after damaging it during a gig in Pompano Beach, Florida on Saturday, May 29. Even though Urie’s foot is the size of a baseball he still finished the gig and later tweeted from his hospital bed to reveal the extent of his injury.
A fan videotaped Urie taking off his shoe to show the crowd his severely swollen ankle or as he says his “grandma’s goiter. ” He is thought to have sustained the injury when climbing back onto the stage after entering the crowd.
Urie later tweeted a picture on his Twitter account which showed his ankle heavily bandaged and held aloft in a hospital bed. He also wrote: “Sleeping like this tonight. And it’s all my fault.”

The band has not said whether any of their forthcoming tour dates will be affected. They are currently playing in support of their third studio album, “Vices And Virtues,” released earlier this year.
