twitchfamous Jeremy Twitch Stenberg Joins Travis Barkers Famous Stars & Straps Team

A few months back I wrote about Twitch leaving Metal Mulisha. In the Freestyle Moto-X community it was a pretty big deal. He didn’t have too many kind words for his former team-mate and Mulisha founder, Brian Deegan.

I am a huge fan of Travis Barker's so it's all really coming together for me.
People have been speculating about which team Jeremy would end up with. Would a major team like RedBull pick up a wild card like Twitch or would it be a more aggressive smaller team?

The wait is over.

Moments ago, the Famous staff made it public by welcoming Twitch aboard the Famous Stars & Straps Team. And, from the looks of it, Jeremy’s stoked to be part of a “real family.”

And, to make even a bigger splash, they’ve announced that they’re spinning off a clothing mini-line just for him due in stores this Summer.

“Super pumped to have gotten a deal with Famous, and pretty stoked that they will have a line of my own Jeremy Twitch Stenberg stuff THIS Summer 2011!”

Famous Stars & Straps has quietly been assembling a team of world-class skate, BMX, Freestyle Moto and Stuntbike athletes. You can see their full lineup here. I think it’s only a matter of time till we see Famous make a pretty strong presense at the X Games. And, with Jeremy’s help, 2011 may be the year.

someone who has tatoos all over his body and breaks his cutom helmet and bike at x-games because he lost isnt a rider, hes a poser. Personally i think he gives the sport a bad name. Someone like travis pastrana who grew up with good grades and sportsmanship desrves to represent such a great sport.
