Ever since we found out that the endlessly awesome Gary Busey was going to be on this season’s Celebrity Apprentice WE WERE IN! We didn’t, however, think he’d last very long on the show. It’s now six weeks in and Busey is still holding strong! What?!?!
You know who didn’t fare as well? Mark McGrath - former Sugar Ray singer. He’s someone that I hoped and expected to do very well. He’s charming, personable, intelligent, and I may have had a little celebrity crush on him when I was in high school.
So where did it all go wrong this week? Busey denied every mistake he made with the ever-so-childish response of “no I didn’t. No, I didn’t. No, I didn’t.” What? That works in the professional world?

This week on Celebrity Apprentice, the task was to set up a promotion and display for Australian Gold sunscreen. The guys team, led by Mark McGrath, decided to paint a bunch of hot chicks gold, as they all dress like pirates. That sound like a winner to me.
The women’s team, let by LaToya Jackson, looked like their idea was going to tank. They talked about needing to find models when they had Hope Dworaczyk, the Playboy Playmate of the Year, as part of their team. She even volunteered to model for the display, and LaToya shot her down!

Well, as it turns out, the guys didn’t listen to the judges’ suggestions, lost, and project leader Mark McGrath was fired. This is particularly disappointing because LaToya Jackson is a big, fat ZERO who no one likes! Her team just happened to listen to suggestions and send someone out in a koala suit. Yep. A koala suit!
There was a silver lining to this week’s episode though. We got a preview of next week’s episode… where Gary Busey is the project manager!!! YES!!! I might have to actually tune into this madness!

It was talked about by Kevin and Bean on air AND the episode aired already. No harm, no foul, right?
