Death Cab For Cutie Reveals New Album’s Cover Art And Tracklist

Death Cab for Cutie have been hard at work on their new album, Codes and Keys, which will drop May 31th here in the States. Fans have waiting anxiously since the band’s last record, Narrow Stairs, was released back in 2008.
The long drought is now over and fans have officially started the Codes and Keys countdown. The band took to Twitter to announce that they are finished with the new record, and also revealed the new cover art and tracklisting for the long-awaited album.

It’s simply amazing how 140 characters can bring so much joy!

Death Cab for Cutie Codes and Keys
Codes and Keys will be the band’s seventh record. Both Ben Gibbard and Nick Harmer have stated that the album would be “a much less guitar-centric album than we’ve ever made before.”
