I always look forward to Comedy Central’s Roasts of various celebrities, and tomorrow night, March 15, we get another installment. The target? CEO, Celebrity Apprentice host, and wearer of the comb-forward, Donald Trump.
As usual the Roastmaster General, Jeffrey Ross, helms the event and is certain to make us laugh. Jeff was kind enough to chat with us this morning about what to expect from tomorrow night’s show. He also stated that Larry King had a hilarious closing joke. What??? Larry King??? How can that be?
Jeffrey Ross referred to this installment as an “epic, epic Roast,” and that it’s the first time they’ve been back in New York in ten years for a Roast on television. Trump, being someone who seems like he doesn’t take too well to others poking fun at him, Jeff said that it took Seth MacFarlan, Larry King, and Whitney Cummings to all do their routines before he was able to loosen up a bit.

Apparently, Jersey Shore’s “The Situation” was on-hand to chime in on the Roast, and Jeffrey Ross was a bit too kind when talking about his comedy chops. He mentioned hearing a few hecklers up in the balcony, but from what I’ve heard, “The Situation” BOMBED! That’s reason enough for me to tune in right there! I’m always down to watch the Jersey Shore Kids crash and burn!
“
Snoop found out that he's only 71% black, which makes him 29% innocent.

As for Larry King’s joke (that Jeff was hesitant to spoil, but did anyway, so I will too), he was conducting a mock radio show, and sign-offed by saying “Ok, now let’s check in with Anderson Cooper and see what she’s up to.” Another King joke was in reference to Snoop Dogg and stated that Snoop found out that he’s only 71% black, which makes him 29% innocent.
The Flava Flav Roast is still one of my favorite things to ever air on TV, so I’ll be sure to tune into Comedy Central tomorrow night and hope for more comic gold.

I hate these celebrity roasts…they’re obnoxious and gross. maybe if they literally held fire to their feet, I’d watch…lol
