The song “Love and Leave” by Scattered Trees is 7th on Hype Machine right now, but telling you that won’t necessarily get you interested in listening. We get it — there’s a lot of music out there.
What if I told you they had a music video? Sure, there’s lots of those too. But what if I told you this video had Boba Fett on drums, sad stormtroopers and princesses getting rescued from cramped apartments?
Intrigued, right? Good. If you love Star Wars and you love good music, this video is a must see. It’s hilarious, and also a bit sad.
The band says the video is meant as a “loose (very loose) interpretation of ‘A New Hope’.” They shot it in an apartment in Chicago.
