Join Me At Sylmar’s Wildlife Learning Center This Saturday

By now you probably know that I’m into animals. Kevin & Bean tease me endlessly about expressing my dog’s anal glands. But, as a pet-lover, you gotta do what you gotta do.

I want to invite you to experience the Wildlife Learning Center this Saturday at 2pm. I’ll be joined by KROQ’s Psycho Mike, Kat Corbett and KTLA’s Vera Jimenez. We’ll all be there to help raise money for this amazing facility.

In addition to going to a phenomenal organization, your paid admission will allow you to meet and take pictures with the rescued wildlife. You’ll see a trainer in action and you’ll experience reptiles up close. We’ll have free food from El Cholo and a silent auction with great prizes.

And we have very cool animal stations where you can meet a two-toed sloth, hold an owl, touch a fennec fox, feed a massive tortoise and porcupine and see our very special surprise animal.

The Wildlife Learning Center rescues wildlife and educates the public about the environment through onsite and outreach programs such as school assemblies, classroom visits, educational birthday parties, childrens’ parties, animal parties, reptile parties, animal shows, summer camps, and winter camps.

The Center’s outreach programs serve the greater Los Angeles area including Los Angeles, West Los Angeles, Sylmar, San Fernando Valley, San Gabriel Valley, Santa Clarita Valley, Valencia, Granada Hills, Northridge, Reseda, Nan Nuys, North Hollywood, Sherman Oaks, Pasadena, Glendale, Hollywood, Sherman Oaks, Pasadena, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, and Malibu.
