Well, I woke up this morning to some amazing news, and I thought I would share it with the fellow KROQ audience. Now, we all know The Strokes haven’t really played any shows here in the US since last year and those were both festival dates.

Listen up! If you are fortunate enough to be a member of The Strokes mailing list, you probably got some good news last night.

Last niiiiiiiiiiiiight… sorry I have the Strokes bumping in my room, anyways, last night I checked me e-mail to see what’s happening right? Well, it turned out the Strokes are hitting the road, and they wanted everyone to know so they sent out an e-mail to all their loyal fans containing a pre-sale password for a show they will be playing in Vegas on March 12th.

Psyched yet? What’s that, you’re not a member of the mailing list? It’s all cool, Sergio’s got your back, I’ll post the link up to buy your tickets. It hasn’t been announced yet who they will be playing with that night, but it doesn’t matter to me because I will finally see the Strokes.

Why do you still push this terrible band? They have long past their expiration date.
