I am not one of those people (or “those people”) who automatically thinks it’s wonderful and magical every time a snot-nosed kid opens up his or her mouth to sing.

I must be honest though and tell you that I was awfully impressed by how well this little girl duets with her dad on a very grown-up song, Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeroes’Home“.

The original was one of KROQ’s most beloved songs of 2010 and this version is a great way to start off 2011.
