What is the curfew for both nights going to be?

    Austin
    December 13, 2010 1:24 am

AAC was unfreakin’ believable. Social Distortion and Brandon Flowers were easily the highlights of each night!
Looking forward to ACXXII next year!!
Thank you KROQ for the awesome concerts, and for the awareness to the charities!

Kelly

I’m SOOOO excited! Can’t wait!
ps….it’s Smashing Pumpkins… LOL

    ConcertConfessions.com
    December 9, 2010 10:39 am

Actually Kelly, it’s both. If you look at Siamese Dream, it’s Smashing Pumpkins. However, Mellon Collie has them listed as The Smashing Pumpkins.

One look at the bands Myspace page and you will see it’s very clearly The Smashing Pumpkins.

    Have fun at the show.

December 11, 2010 8:10 pm

Everybody, Daft Punk are in LA. They were at the Tron premiere tonight. That pretty much guarantees the fact that they will be the surprise guest for night 2 with Phoenix.

    Andres
    December 11, 2010 10:12 pm

    Im thinking the Killers.

    Mike
    December 11, 2010 10:52 pm

December 11, 2010 9:40 pm

KROQ you really need to do this in a bigger arena next year, there are 4,960 people who wish they could be there right now!

    Steve
    December 11, 2010 9:50 pm

KROQ-you need to make a TV special and have this on VH1 or on Palladia

    no use for a name
    December 11, 2010 11:10 pm

was thinking the same thing when these nights sold out in a heartbeat. they could easily fill staples center or honda center. but i suppose those venues would be more expensive to book.

      Lightning | KROQ.com
      December 11, 2010 11:32 pm

It’s not all about money. It’s about intamacy.

@lightning… didn’t say you had to keep the money… you could get more money to donate to worthy charities. tis’ the season of giving.

      Denise Guerra
      December 12, 2010 7:17 pm

Totally agree with you. LOTS of $ could be made for several charities.

Moonman
December 12, 2010 1:18 am

Bad Religion owned the night

Moonman
December 12, 2010 6:54 am

Bad Religion owned the night…. still remember the entire section (or maybe just me) losing their sh*t when the opening guitar riff hit for “Infected” hit …. first mosh pit of the night….

Other highlights for me… Social D of cource!!… Dirty heads… Jimmy Eat World and Smashing pumpkins were alright until he talked crap about the lakers… in my mind I pictured everyone walking out on him after that comment…

Good Night Kroq… lets do this again next year… but how about some more punk rock head lining… loved night 1 of 2009 show… lets get Tiger Army…
