NHRA VIP Tour Blows Away Winners
I personally want to thank you and the team at KROQ for an amazing day in Pomona for the Finals at NHRA. From the time Steve and I met up with you guys I was curious as to what our VIP tour experience would be like. Well, needless to say, you exceeded our expectation from the time we set off.
The walk through the pits was a lot of fun. Then you guys stepped it up a notch by taking us over to the media tower where we walked the floors and were greeted with 5-star treatment.
You allowed us to see where and how this event comes together. From the media and press rooms, then on to having a drink with celebrity types in the VIP suites. It was a great day. You then put the icing on the cake when we were brought down to the track level at the “Start Line”. This is where the dragsters were rolled out, fired up just inches from us where we were blown away as the ground rumbled beneath our feet.
