Kings Of Leon Frontman Caleb Followill On Iron Chef

Is it just me or does Caleb Followill look like an news anchorman?
But that’s beside the point. Followill, lead singer for Kings of Leon filmed a episode for Iron Chef: America about a year ago and it finally aired last night.
Each of the chefs were instructed to use a “veal secret ingredient” in each of their dishes. I don’t know about you, but I don’t like to eat anything that has the word “secret” or “veal” in it. Even though Caleb was a good sport I’m sure he’d rather want “prime rib secret ingredient.”
So how much veal do you think the band has while on the road? I’m guessing not that much, but I guess the producers thought the singer had an excellent pallet for judging food.
In general, the most negative feedback Followill gave about the chef’s dishes included, “it needed more salt” and the veal meatball wasn’t “my favorite.” The chef should have ditched the meatball and made a veal hotdog, classy, yet an American staple.
