[lastfm]Linkin Park[/lastfm]’s new song “Waiting For The End” made it’s debut at #1 this week, narrowly beating out [lastfm]Neon Trees[/lastfm], [lastfm]Thirty Seconds To Mars[/lastfm], [lastfm]Phoenix[/lastfm] and [lastfm]The Temper Trap[/lastfm] for the top spot.

New music from [lastfm]Cake[/lastfm], [lastfm]Phoenix[/lastfm], [lastfm]The Temper Trap[/lastfm] and [lastfm]Vampire Weekend[/lastfm] all make their first appearances on the list, while [lastfm]Arcade Fire[/lastfm]’s “Ready To Start” and [lastfm]The Dirty Heads[/lastfm]’ “Stand Tall” both make their way in to the top 10.

  1. Alex says:

Awesome, very deserving #1, great to see this particular Linkin Park song jump to the top of the chart!

Also kudos to KROQ for listening to our feedback since last week, reducing the airplay of much older songs like 2am, 1901, Lay Me Down, and Resistance and instead giving other other songs a chance to be the next big hit.

  2. Bo says:

hope Mumford and Bad Religion can make it back up the list. And I still vote that KROQ puts Fitz & the Tantrums and Red Cortez into main rotation.

  3. MCR says:

    Wow…play radioactive more.

  4. Cmo says:

Does anyone else think the new My Chem song sucks?

oh man its terrible, not 2AM terrible but still pretty awful.
