Chester From Linkin Park Talks Tour And Saw 3D Movie

The members of Linkin Park are among the hardest working musicians in the business and they don’t plan on taking a break anytime soon.
A recent interview Chester Bennington had with MTV revealed future tour plans and his appearance in the upcoming Saw 3D movie. Also, LP’s new video for ‘Waiting for the End’ is scheduled for release sometime this week. Oh and I almost forgot, Linkin Park is taking over Fuse today from 10am-6pm. These guys make me look like a lazy bum, LP is definitely on the grind.
When Chester spoke to MTV he said, “We’ll be touring in the U.S. come the end of January; we’ll most likely be touring from the end of January until probably the middle of March or into April.” He continued, “[It's] interesting because we’ve always kicked off our touring cycles playing in the U.S., but crazily enough, we’ve kind of become a worldwide band… but we’re coming back, and it’s going to be pretty bad-ass.” Chester, you’re so modest. Your band is not just worldwide it’s a universally colossal music group that can probably take over the world if it wanted to.

Chester is even taking over the movie scene with his appearance in Saw 3D. Although tight-lipped on the movie, Chester said, “I can tell you my name is Evan. Other than that, I can tell you nothing else about the character.” In regards to the particular scene the ‘Evan’ is in, Chester says, “The thing that is interesting about this particular scene is that it’s a trap set for multiple people… and it’s a very complicated trap that’s been set. There are different kinds of emotional things going on for my character, but it’s very much in the tradition of a good ‘Saw’ trap.” Chester also warns viewers to watch out for the blood splattering in your face since it’s in 3D.
Also, make sure you check out LP’s new video for ‘Waiting for the End’ this Friday.
