[Photo Gallery] KROQ Epicenter Twenty-Ten: KISS

I went to day 1, I was there long enough to see Eninem and KISS; the only complaint I have is SECURITY!!! They are/were APPALLING!!! I had meet and greet passes for KISS; stood outside gate 12 for some time. The black manager security person was RUDE and ABUSIVE with his mannerisms and mouth!!! I never once heard him speak to a person, he was ALWAYS SHOUTING at them; adults and kids alike!!!!!! My total experience with security personnel was the same, they don’t speak to you or alllow you to ask a question; they are immediately SCREAMING at you. My complaint is not the crowds or performance, my complaint is SECURITY!!!!!!!! I worked security for 2 years; did major venues and the like, never did I think to treat people the way these people treat the patrons of the concerts, they are the key people people look to for information and they couldn’t even provide the answers. Take a minute to ask the personnel and family members of the bands/performers of the venue and you will get your answers. They even spoke to Industry Executive Personnel like they were crap!!! I’m one person, to me it was unexceptable!!!!!! EVENT STAFF SUCKS ASS!!! I apologize for the language, but that’s it in a nutshell. Otherwise all of you did a GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!
