Kevin & Bean Are In The Dictionary!

Filed Under:

Wow, how did this happen? How did a word that was invented on the Kevin & Bean Show make it into the dictionary? And what word is it?

urbandictionary Kevin & Bean Are In The Dictionary!

Thanks to K&B listener Aaron who emailed us this picture of the 2010 Urban Dictionary word-a-day calendar. September 14th pays tribute to the word “jackhole!”

Don’t be proud of us though! Former sports guy Jimmy Kimmel invented the word and put it in the popular lexicon. Now it’s gone legit.

You’ll see “Jackhole Productions” at the end of many of Jimmy’s fine TV programs too, from “The Man Show” to “Crank Yankers.”

Jimmy was the third best sports guy ever… Chet Waterhouse and Dean were top notch though!
…wait a minute, this just handed to me…
Please disregard the previous notice. Jimmy was indeed the best sports guy for K&B.

or maybe it is simply because..over the years Kevin & Bean & their cohorts have jacked so many holes-that they have literally become synonymous with the word itself.
