Yep! I had a huge crush on her too Sluggster. Actually…I don’t think its ever gone away. She’s one sexy looking momma to date! Aww, this track will forever remind me of that once wonderful year of 98′, where I fell in love with my buddys older sister Ashley. Damn. She was incredibly sexy too. Those were the days! Bein’ a punk teenager hangin’ out at the AMC theater in Fullerton theater hopping and trying to meet chicks waiting for my parents to pick me up after midnight. I will forever be the last of the generation X’rs! Cool flashback Sluggo. Right down memory lane for me man! Keep ‘em lit bra!
Garbage is a great band.
Remember when “Push It” was brand spankin’ new music on KROQ-FM (a subsidiary of Cash Co.)?? A certain KROQ joq, I don’t want to tell you his name, but his initials are Doug The Slug (whoops), anyway, this unnamed Slug used to alter the cadence in his announcing of the song “Push It” so as to *almost* sound like “Poo-Sh!t.”
I was lucky enough to see them several times. Including twice in one day… They played the Palladium on September 28, 1998 which was fine AND dandy, but the nifty part was being one of the thirty or so people earlier that morning at King’s Head Pub in Santa Monica for Kevin&Bean’s Breakfast with Garbage: http://kroq.radio.com/1998/09/26/kevin-beans-breakfast-with-garbage/
After the broadcast ended, the band took the time to sign autographs for everyone in attendance! Truly a class act.
As usual Sluggo: Great Choice!

Oh Miss Shirley Manson, how i love you so. My fave front-woman of all time.
Too bad she went a bit Looney and left the band when they where about to tour
She was suppose to release a solo album, but not sure what happened to it.
