MTV VMA’s Include Performances By Linkin Park, Paramore, Eminem & More

Last night was the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards, which typically brings out some of the biggest names in music and hosts some pretty incredible performances.

This year was no disappointment, with Linkin Park performing live from the Griffith Observatory, B.o.B. and Hayley Williams finally performing “Airplanes” together (as well as Paramore performing “The Only Exception”), and Epicenter Twenty Ten artist Eminem blew the roof off the house with his performance of “Not Afraid.”

There was much more to the night, with a few KROQ artists taking home some of the awards as well. See who won awards and check out some of the performances after the jump.

KROQ winners had the chance to go to the Griffith Observatory for this exclusive performance by Linkin Park, just as the sun was setting over the Hollywood Hills.

B.o.B. began his performance with his song “Nothin’ On You,” then Hayley Williams comes out and joins him for “Airplanes.” Williams then joins the rest of her band, Paramore, for an amazing rendition of “The Only Exception.”

Eminem starts out in an 8-mile like setting, when suddenly a wall opens up and he’s standing on the stage at the VMA’s. He’ gonna be awesome at Epicenter. Just sayin’…

Muse took home the award for Best Special Effects for their video for “Uprising,” while 30 Seconds To Mars took home the award for Best Rock Video for “Kings and Queens.” The Black Keys also won the award for Breakthrough Video for their song “Tighten Up.”
