Red Bull Flugtag Rocked Long Beach – Dave Was A Judge!
Yes, Red Bull is famous for throwing massive, fan-friendly events and this year’s Flugtag was no exception. Nearly 105,000 spectators gathered along Rainbow Harbor in Downtown Long Beach to watch a few dozen teams fly (or fall) off the end of the pier.
Dave The King Of Mexico was asked to be as one of the judges. Dave has some personal experience competing in Red Bull’s competitions. Dave, Mike and Omar came in 5th out of 40 teams in last year’s Red Bull Soap Box Derby.
There are two main goals with Flugtag. Entertain the crowd and fly the farthest.
