As we all know by now, Conan is on his “Legally Prohibited From Being Funny on Television” comedy tour while he sits and waits for his new show on TBS to premiere November 8th.

So what else can Conan do to pass the time? Well, write an album with White Stripes/The Raconteurs/The Dead Weather’s Jack White, of course! Go Team Coco!

The first album Live at Third Man was recorded in front of a small crowd while Conan was performing at Jack White’s Third Man complex in Nashville, TN. It features a duet with White on a cover of Eddie Cochran’s “20 Flight Rock.”

The second album is a 7-inch single called And They Call Me Mad? It features Conan bringing the art of spoken word back to tell the world of the story of Frankenstein. I haven’t heard the song yet, but based off what I’ve heard, this song may be better than Queen’s Bohemian Rhapsody.

Both albums will go on sale next week in stores, but you can pre-order them via Third Man Records website and the single And They Call Me Mad? will be available on iTunes next week as well.

On August 24, 150 copies of the vinyl version of the single will be sold for $100 each at Third Man’s Nashville shop with the money going to charity. The proceeds will be going toward ReTune Nashville, which is an organization raising money to replace instruments damaged in the city’s flood earlier this year.
