Rob Zombie Warns Ozzy, “What Goes Around, Comes Around.”
They’ve toured together, collaborated on a song together (Rob’s “Iron Head“), and done a video together (Ozzy’s “Dreamer“.)
But now Rob Zombie has this to say about his former friend, “”I think there’s ways to do things and I think there’s ways to not do things and I think the way they’ve chosen to do things is not how I would do things; I think it’s kind of rude…” and “I think there’s ways to do things in a respectful way and there’s ways to just be sh**ty…”
If you can’t trust the Prince Of Darkness to play nice, who can you? Find out what went down between these two after the jump.
Blabbermouth.net has the story:
“Rob Zombie has spent the last few months touring in support of his latest album, “Hellbilly Deluxe 2“, and when his drummer, Tommy Clufetos, left to join Ozzy Osbourne‘s band, Slipknot‘s Joey Jordison jumped in.”
Turns out this isn’t the first time Ozzy has poached one of Zombie’s band members either. The Artisan News Service talked to Rob about it here:

Who cares about Ozzy nowadays anyways? All his best work is behind him. And let’s face it, he lets Sharon pull the strings and Sharon is all about exploiting her poor husband to make money for more Gucci and designer stuff.
He’s a puppet and not real. I really don’t buy the Prince of Darkness thing either. Please….

Joey is a way better drummer than Clufetos. Let burned out Ozzy have him. Zombie, Piggy, John 5 and Joey killed it all Mayhem Fest the other weekend….

It’s also very nice of Rob Zombie to trash his old band mates. Perhaps they were just waiting to get out. Ever thought of that?

speaking as someone who knows Rob, He’s one of the nicest guys from hell I’ve ever met, Ozzy included, Rob knows what it means to be grateful, ozzy forgot that a long time ago.

It’s not about who is the better drummer, it’s about RESPECT and the PRINCIPLE! Ozzy knows better then that, shame on him

Wouldn’t you leave your job for a higher paying job? Plus, I wouldn’t feel too bad for Rob Zombie. Rob Zombie is a multi-millionaire living in a city that rhymes with Bancock Park.

ozzy has been robbing musicans from other bands for ever. nothing new.
ozzy, with sharon’s help has completely sold out. it’s as bad as bono and U2. new album coming out, ozzy’s in the news everywhere. autobiography, health column in british newspaper, etc, etc. gimme a break.
his last tour with zombie, he charges $100 a ticket, and all he plays is sappy ballads, momma i’m coming home, barf, nothing from diary of a madman, and no encore. ozzy says he feeds of the crowd energy. how’s the crowd supposed get energy from his cry songs? at least zakk wylde gave us something to cheer about. he bailed ozzy’s sorry ass out that night. now zakk’s gone because he drinks too much. what a hypocrite ozzy, with sharon’s help is. rob should have been the headliner, he was 10 times better.
that’s the last of my money sharon and the kids are getting…

I love them both. Their beef is between the two of them.
