I must agree with Joel. I’m a medic in the Army, got back from a 12 mo tour in Iraq Feb 2009 and man, A7X is all about the troops! Gunslinger and Dear God are awesome songs which helped during those tough days. Their music is amazing and helped get the troops pumped up! We blasted their music from the trucks any chance we got. Gotta give it up to them for their continued support for us. New song, Danger Line, brings back some old memories and feelings. Especially for those who passed away during my tour. Such accuracy in their lyrics too…. no worse feeling in the world like a round flying past you. See you in Irvine!! Can’t wait.

I’ll give ‘em credit. They know how to write some really complex and catchy songs. They are really good songwriters. They are great musicians.

I just get a weird feeling in my stomach when I listen to them. I can’t describe it. I’m not sure if I like them or hate them It just feels like they are a bunch of Nightmare Before Christmas fans who can play instruments. You know those hardcore looking dudes who love going to Disneyland on a regular basis (who doesn’t love Disneyland I know….but you get my point) I also get a sense of other bands when I hear them. The influence is soo evident that it bothers me.

ive seen em 7x live
