Rob Zombie Horror Film Competition: Enter Now!

Rob Zombie, in partnership with Universal Studios Hollywood, wants YOU to direct a horror film for the Halloween Horror Nights – Rob Zombie Film Competition.  The director of the latest Halloween films, and The Devils Rejects is accepting short films of the horror genre now until August 14th.

Winning the competition scores you a prize of $1,000, a broadcast of your film on Chiller TV, and plenty of recognition as your film will be judged under a panel of Rob Zombie himself and other horror industry professionals.  Judging will be based on writing skill, originality and how much you scare your audience.

The top 10 films will be selected by the panel and posted online at Halloween Horror Nights from September 3rd-September 17th, for a public vote on who creates the scariest and most original film.

All you have to do is complete the following:

• Create a horror film anywhere between 90 seconds and 3-minutes in length.
• 2 copies of your film must be submitted in DVD format.
• You must submit your film by August 14th.

• Winner of the contest will be announced September 17th.
