janes roxy 385 Video: Janes Addiction At The Roxy

Janes Addiction performed Friday night at The Roxy, and I was lucky enough to come across some decent footage that shows you what the new lineup sounds like with new bassist Duff McKagan. If you ask me, they haven’t lost their edge at all because it looked like it was a pretty awesome show! Hot girls swinging from above the stage, Dave Navarro rockin’ out on guitar and Perry Farrell singing his heart out…all the ingredients to a great time.

Check out a few videos from the show after the jump.

Why does KROQ rule? Because KROQ sent me to see Jane’s Addiction at the Roxy in 1997 for their Kettle Whistle release AND then again to see them play their warm-up/practice concert at the Grand Olympic, the old boxing venue that’s now a church (WTF?). Jane’s Addiction is truly one of the best artists KROQ has ever been associated with.
