If you’ve never heard of The Henry Clay People, then you haven’t been listening closely enough to what KROQ Locals Only has to offer.

Surely to be added to the list of bands that have gained mass recognition after first being played by Kat Corbett on Locals Only, The Henry Clay People have one last show before heading out on tour with none other than KROQ Weenie Roast 2010 artists Silversun Pickups and Against Me!

Before they head out, The Henry Clay People will play one last cheap local show TONIGHT for their fans. At the show they will unveil their new record, Somewhere On The Golden Coast.

I have Blacklist the Kid with the Red Moustache (think that’s the title) and it’s a pretty solid listen. Can’t make it to Silverlake tonight, but hope to see these guys sometime in the future.
