My first Weenie Roast, and it was awesome. HOLE and STP Stole the show. They should tour together. They were Awesome. Silversun Pickups, Deftones, Paramore pretty sick as well. Don’t know about the rest. sort of boring. Sublime sounded very odd, but i’ve seen them at smoke out and it was pretty sweet.

AGAINST ME! was def my highlight!! Such energy and with out them, It wouldn’t have been the same for me. Loved they were on the side-stage and I wasn’t confined to my seat too! Go buy their new record out TOMORROW(6/8)!!

the sidestage bands were all AWESOME!!! I’ve seen most all bands on the main stage so i was really looking forward to the sidestage bands and they did not disappoint me. Okay maybe a little disappointed on the sound system for Chevelle and Deftones but that wasn’t there fault, it was the sound systems people.
I’ve been pretty blessed to be able to go to most Weenie Roast and they just get better & better each time. Or is it that we just get better bands each year. Keep up the good work KROQ!!!
