Tool Announces Summer Tour Dates
Well, well, well, it appears that Christmas comes early this year boys and girls. At least for me anyways.
Just when I thought that Maynard James Keenan was currently devoted to only wine and Puscifer, Mr. Keenan decides to take Tool on the road for a summer romp.

Thus far only a handful of dates have been announce and none of them in the state of California.
5 shows are set for New Orleans (6/19), Houston (6/20), Oklahoma City (6/23), Edmonton (7/7) and Vancouver (7/9).
Tickets went on sale Friday, April 30th.
Fear not Tool Army, according to Toolband.com, more Tool dates are coming our way.

Well of course they are! Even bands need pay checks every once and a while…and I doubt WIne could gain more financial stability over TOOL…I mean, its TOOL! It’s its own rare entity that not every bleeding soul has had a chance tp experience in one form or another. Thanks for the news update Nic. I’ve already had my Tool experience back in that good ole year of 2006 at the notorious Coachella fest where Tool played that killer set list! wow cant wait till they annouce an LA date and i will so be there TOOL is such a great band i love them and i cant belive thier the only band i love to death that i havent seen live but wow i sure am gonna catch them this time! even if i have to fly to another state for it .

TOOL is my philosophy and I cannot wait for this tour and the new album! i just hope FEVER RAY opens up for them cuz that would be the shit! Coachella 2006 is hands down the best show i have ever been to PERIOD! TooL at Nokia Theater 2007 was almost more epic becuase they played 10,000 Days part 1 and 2 and they ended with Vicarious! dam that gives me the chills just saying that, i still cant believe i recorded that show. either way in todays decaying world TOOL is the LED ZEPPELIN and the PINK FLOYD of our time!!!! TooL’s music is so EPIC that Aliens in the Multiverse cant wait to see them rock out the Hollywood BowL….hopefully i dont get abducted this time lol

Dang this is lame. The closest tool comes to socal is SF and it’s on a monday so i can’t go.
KROQ, please please please get them to do Weenie Roast or Epicenter this year!!!!
