afp VIDEO: Atoms For Peace (Thom Yorke) Covers Joy Division

Radiohead frontman Thom Yorke has been busy with his other band Atoms For Peace, touring through selected cities across the US.  Atoms for Peace (featuring Flea from Red Hot Chili Peppers and musician/producer/engineer Nigel Godrich) pleasantly surprised audiences at their April 15th show in Oakland covering a classic Joy Division song.

To see what 1980 classic they played along with the video, hit more.

That’s right, you guessed it.  Here’s Atoms for Peace covering “Love Will Tear Us Apart.”

Damn this is good.
