Bail Or Nail: Adam Carolla’s Long Beach Grand Prix Results

Adam Carolla may have been the Las Vegas favorite in terms of betting odds for celebrities in the 2010 Long Beach Grand Prix, but did he have what it took to win?

Initially, the race began as a battle between Adam and that guy best known for banging Megan Fox, Brian Austin Green, with Adam giving Brian hell, attempting to edge Green out of his early lead.  Brian explained:

He was trying to knock me into the wall in straight-aways.  He wasn’t messing around.

Unfortunately for Adam he couldn’t pull it together and remained a lethal threat, but never took over the race, landing him in fifth place behind actors Brian Austin Green, Adrien Brody, Zachary Levi & Patrick Warburton.

Other celebrity drivers were Tika Sumpter, Megan Price, Christian Slater,  and a scruffy-looking Keanu Reeves (last year’s pro/am winner), creepy teen idol Jesse McCartney, and KROQ pal & skateboarding icon Tony Hawk.

“Chuck” star Levi, the fastest celebrity qualifier, finished 6th overall explained the feeling of being on the racetrack with the pros:

We were just pinballing around.  Basically, you’re just holding on for dear life. But I guess that what makes it fun–it’s not your car.
