  1. Nicky says:

    What about U2’s The Edge??????
    The list is great otherwise

  2. Darth Vader says:

Alright, John definetly deserved the win, but, I really think Tom Morello should have been number 4 (Maybe, just maybe, Slash is overrated, the force is stronger with Matt Bellamy)

  3. Alex Vazquez says:

I think the top ten has some of the best guitarists known to man. Their talent is heard in the albums and Live as well. The order of the list is questionable, but that doesn’t change the fact that they are the best guitarists in the world, well deserved

  4. Heather says:

The Edge (I like U2 a lot) and Eddie Van Halen (I don’t like their stuff) are notably absent. #6 is suspect, but other than that, it’s quite a list.

  5. pubyjosh says:

the brits always have it right!!!

  6. Hector says:

Matthew Bellamy should be ahead of Slash, inevitably.

  7. Nells says:

yup! John definitely deserves to be #1.

  8. rudy says:

josh homme should b number 1 and jonny greenwood should b listed higher than 7

  9. Monica says:

There couldn’t be a better #1 than John! I agree!!!

  10. concertconfessions.com says:

Granted it’s all subjective, I know John is my favorite guitarist of all time.

  11. Joe says:

Actually not a bad list but Adam Jones from Tool should be there.
