Coachella Artist Spotlight: The Temper Trap

Unless you live in the desert, chances are your journey to Coachella next weekend will take at least two hours. Two whole hours in the car means you will need something to listen to other than the sound of your friends pregaming on the drive out there.
A suggestion? Get Conditions by the Temper Trap before your trek.

With their first and so far only studio album, Conditions, out last year, The Temper Trap have already played sold-out shows worldwide and have seen their songs appear in soundtracks (like 500 Days of Summer) and commercials (Chrysler, for example) in the U.S. and abroad.
Gearing up to play at Coachella on Saturday, The Temper Trap have already proved themselves to be festival favorites after wooing crowds at SXSW, Reading and Musexpo. Props go out Nicole Alvarez for introducing us all to “Fader,” a single that’s bound to have the masses singing along under the hot Coachella sun.
KROQ was lucky enough to have our very own in-studio performance back in March when the guys came to visit. Check out the exclusive videos and pictures below:

A few friends of mine caught The Temper Trap back in March and mentioned needing to check out their newest song “Rabbit Hole.” Check out it’s premiere at the Fonda last month and leave your thoughts in the comments section below:
The Temper Trap will be playing night 2 of Coachella, so make sure to pencil them in now.
